I would like to ask everyone: during the project execution process, when letters are sent to the client that address issues related to the client’s interests and may have an impact on future disputes or even legal actions, what methods do you use to deal with situations where the client chooses not to respond in order to avoid taking responsibility? Are there any good approaches?
When the construction contract for a project is signed, there are clear instructions either within the contract itself or in accompanying documents. In essence, when changes are made on site or reasonable suggestions are put forward, after they are approved by the management company and the design firm, they are sent to the owner. If the owner fails to respond to these requests within the specified time frame, it is considered as if the owner accepts those suggestions and approves the implementation of the changes on site.

Visas have a time limit; failure to respond after that period will be considered an acceptance! If the owner understands the project, they will definitely respond. A smart owner will give you a deliberately ambiguous reply: lol:lol:lol
