Synthesis tower, pressure difference, reasons

The synthesis tower has been in operation for 3 years now; its diameter is 1400 mm, with a trace level of impurities at 7 ppm. Catalysts from Linqu Daxiang are being used. Since March of this year, the pressure difference has started to increase, and recently it has seen further fluctuations, rising from 0.5 Mpa to 0.67 Mpa. The oil content should be fine at present. What could be the reason for this increase in pressure difference?
The catalyst in the synthesis tower has been in use for 1 year; the tower’s diameter is 2000 mm, and an alcohol-based catalyst is being used. The pressure difference increased from 0.7 Mpa in March to 0.9 Mpa. The gas flow rate is 90,000. It is likely that the high gas flow rate and local pulverization of the catalyst are to blame; currently, hydrogen flow is being increased to maintain production.
First, determine that it is the pressure difference in the synthesis tower that has increased; then investigate and rule out possible issues related to various flow rates, temperatures, and gas compositions, in order to optimize and stabilize operations
Now that the openings of various bypass routes have been adjusted to balance the gas flow, and the circulating hydrogen has been adjusted, the situation has improved
