The anion bed becomes ineffective after being used for a while

After the regeneration of the anion bed was completed, a wash test was carried out; the SIO2 level was 8 ug/L, and this value seemed acceptable. However, the system stopped working three days later when it was put back into operation. If the system operates for some time after regeneration, why does it stop working?
I’m facing the same issue. It works normally after regeneration, but the storage period should not exceed a week. I’m thinking that instead of feeding water in through the inlet, it might be better to use the regeneration pipeline to feed desalinated water for storage – just my personal opinion though
