There are seven days off, but due to work requirements I have to work overtime. Is working overtime for free without any pay? How many non-state-owned enterprises in the mainland comply with labor laws?
It depends on how the company defines what happens to that overtime pay. Moreover, when people are united, even Mount Tai can be moved.
Our company will be closed for 7 days during the National Day holiday, but a small number of employees need to work overtime, and I am one of them. :Q
