Key responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing investment projects in refineries within the region； 2. Coordinate the resources of Party A as well as other parties involved in the construction, to ensure smooth progress during the project implementation phase and for routine maintenance thereafter ； 3. As a regional manager, one should coordinate and maintain relationships with Party A, as well as possess the ability to develop markets. Qualifications: 1. Minimum educational requirement: a bachelor’s degree or above; those with outstanding qualifications may be accepted with an associate’s degree ； 2. Thermal Engineering, Materials, Petrochemicals, and related fields ； 3. Possess certain experience in the oil industry as a worker or in project management ； 4. Strong project management capabilities ； 5. Strong communication and coordination skills ； 6. As required by the work, able to undertake domestic business trips for a certain period of time. Note: The main responsibilities of the regional manager include business development, project construction management, and post-project operation and maintenance.
