I don’t know the specifics; I only know about gas stoves, coal ash, and coke. It’s possible to wash them with water, use a water seal, and remove dust, but these measures can only help improve the situation or slow it down – a complete solution seems impossible.

Haha, this phenomenon shouldn’t be that common. If the blockage is severe, factors such as an excessive operating load on the gasification furnace, a low liquid level, and poor quality of the ash water may need to be considered. Generally, it is caused by an overly fast airflow, which leads to an excessive amount of ash being carried along, coupled with inadequate anti-scaling effects due to high temperatures. Specific adjustments can be made based on your actual operating conditions.

Coal gas pipeline at the gasifier outlet in front of the carbon scrubber tower. We have 2.8 furnaces, with two in operation and one as a backup. One of them is in good condition, with only a small amount of fine ash, but the other two cause fluctuations in the pressure difference at the slag outlet; after periodic shutdowns, severe blockages were found.
In our space furnace, there is a Venturi scrubber in the pipeline that carries the syngas to the scrubber tower, but it gets clogged frequently; I’m not sure what to do about it
