How to choose a heat exchanger with only a 0.5-degree Celsius temperature rise in the process?

An electric heater can be chosen for better temperature control.
Can electric heaters effectively solve the problem of fluids being prone to structural issues on the process side? It’s possible for salts to precipitate on the inner wall of the heating enclosure :)
