What kind of flow meter is generally used to measure steam flow? Are there any integrated models with a cumulative function that require encryption? Thank you!
Steam flow meters include: vortex flow meters, orifice plates, elbow flow meters, Venturi meters, float-type meters, and rotor-type meters.
There are vortex flowmeters with integrated temperature and pressure compensation, as well as ABB mass flowmeters, etc., which have an internal accumulation function.

Orifice plates and vortex flow meters are commonly used; both come in integrated versions, and encryption capabilities can be requested from the manufacturer at the time of selection.
We have used Veribah and vortex flow meters; we recently put a Veribah unit into use
