How to solve the aluminum precipitation problem in PAC?

Our factory is engaged in electroplating; the wastewater contains no aluminum, and PAC+PAM is used for flocculation and sedimentation. But after treating the wastewater and adjusting its pH to neutral, a light blue-white flocculent substance appears in the water. Tests show no presence of aluminum or PAC, and no excess of these substances was added. What could be causing this? Do any experts have an explanation? Thank you
Generally, copper sulfate is blue; aluminum ions shouldn’t be blue, right?
Isn’t PAC polyaluminum chloride? I didn’t quite understand what you meant. Light blue-white flocculent substance – are you testing for aluminum? I think you detected a high level of it and missed a key component.
