Generation of CRC checksum for MODBUS RTU communication in ABB frequency converters

Recently, I have been working with PLCs to communicate with ABB frequency converters. The frequency converters use CRC verification to ensure the integrity of the data sent and received; therefore, it is necessary to write a CRC calculation routine in the PLC itself in order to verify the accuracy of the data. To calculate CRC, a polynomial is required, but I am not sure what the polynomial value used by ABB is Do your friends know?
