About Honeywell’s TPS system

After modifying the flowchart of the TPS system, is it sufficient to use File – Save as with Validation? Then, for each GUS at the lower operation stations, does it need to be modified individually, or can synchronized modifications be carried out through the engineer station? Also, how should active and passive I/O input points be handled?
The last time TPS was used was back in 2007; it’s a system from such a long time ago
