What is the function of a single-tube heat exchanger? (In the PID diagram) Before entering the electrolyzer, the brine stream passes through the [Brine Heat Exchanger] and the [Brine Heat Exchanger (Single Tank)] – are both of these heat exchangers? What is the function of each one? Both the [Brine Heat Exchanger] and the [Brine Heat Exchanger (Single Tank)] are equipped with both steam for heating and circulating water for cooling ； And the catholyte is cooled by cooling water through the [Catholyte Cooler (Single Tank)], and cooling water is also used in the [Catholyte Cooler] as well. Why is that?
