The operating procedures state that the isolator should be activated first, followed by the primary sealing gas, and finally the secondary sealing gas. . . . What effects will there be if the isolator is put into use first, followed by the secondary sealing gas, and finally the primary sealing gas? ? ?
As long as the system is not pressurized and there is no oil leakage, it doesn’t matter which one is used first. It doesn’t have much of an impact. First, introduce the isolation gas, then the oil flow. It doesn’t matter which seal gas, the primary one or the secondary one, is introduced first; however, the primary seal gas must be activated before the vessel is pressurized. So the normal procedure is: introduce isolation gas, allow the unit to run with oil, introduce primary and secondary seal gas, pressurize the machine body, and start up the unit.

That is, isolate nitrogen first and then activate the oil circuit; stop the oil circuit first and then stop the isolated nitrogen, in order to prevent oil from entering the unit and escaping. The so-called order refers only to these two in a sequential manner; the rest can be put into use before startup. Under normal circumstances, all of these are in use, except after maintenance.
Can the machine body be stamped only after a first-level seal is installed? Is it necessary to use sealing gas when purging the chamber with low-pressure nitrogen? Generally, the pressure rises to around 0.5 Mpa; I don’t think it’s necessary to activate it at that point
Is the sealing gas not used during maintenance or replacement?
