As the title suggests, everyone please share their average working hours and discuss the relationship between rest and work. I work 8 hours a day. Additionally, 2 hours are spent on commuting, with one day off per week. There is one meeting per week, whose duration is variable and usually ranges from 1 to 2 hours. There is also one hour of training organized by the company per week, and overtime work occurs occasionally, amounting to 1-2 hours per week. One always feels that there isn’t enough time, can’t rest properly, and has too many tasks to complete; relatives and friends drift away. Some say that once you delve into the chemical industry, it’s like entering a deep ocean, and from then on, relatives become strangers. Others say that time doesn’t depend on how much you have, but on how you use it Is that the case?
I work two jobs, 13 hours a day.
Eight hours of work per day, two days off per week – things are quite regulated here.
It must be tough; knowing how to make use of time to work hard – I admire that
Actually, if you calculate just the round-trip time, it’s still quite alarming
7.5 hours per day, 5 days a week, with two days off – it’s quite standard.

I work 8 hours a day and have one day off per week.....
8 hours per day, plus 2-3 hours of extra work on my own. I have two days off per week, and I usually work overtime. There are too many projects; I can’t keep up. Tired
