1) Put on protective equipment, prepare copper tools, and carry a walkie-talkie. 2) Stop P-3005. 3) Maintain pressure in tower C-2001. 4) Close the benzene product outlet valve. 5) Close the overhead benzene outlet valve. 6) Close the benzene column bottom outlet valve. 7) Close the toluene column bottom outlet valve. 8) Close the toluene product outlet valve. 9) Close the xylene product outlet valve. 10) Keep the benzene column, toluene column, and xylene column in full reflux operation. 11) Maintain minimal discharge from the xylene column bottom
