In the engineering bidding for a project, human factors are the most difficult to control. How to comprehensively evaluate a construction team is closely related to the success or failure of the project. May I ask experts, how can one select a construction contractor that offers a reasonable cost-performance ratio?
Qualifications, the staffing of management personnel, and most importantly, the projects that have been completed.
One is to review its qualifications, to ensure it possesses the construction qualifications required for that level. Of course, this also includes its capital and other related aspects. Second is performance, including the projects they have worked on and customer reviews. Third is bidding; it’s not the case that the lower the bid, the better. One needs to be aware of their profit margin and know both themselves and their opponent.
