Nowadays, many storage tanks require oil and gas recovery, but the meteorological pipelines cannot be connected in series. Do anyone else have any good ideas?
The vapor lines of each storage tank are connected in parallel to the main vapor pipeline; otherwise, how can it be recovered? Currently, the Safety Supervision Bureau requires that the gas-phase pipelines of storage tanks not be connected, while the Environmental Protection Bureau demands that the gas phase from these tanks be recovered and treated; each agency is handling matters on its own.
We are all connected. Which regulation specifies that this gas pipeline cannot be connected to a specific location? Are all the meteorological equilibrium lines for spherical tanks illegal?
If the substances in the gas pipeline do not react with each other, they are sent to a common conduit for delivery to the recovery unit.
Vapor pipes for the same material can be connected, with a maximum of one check valve to be installed.
I agree with what was said on the 4th floor: as long as no chemical reactions such as polymerization, oxidation, or explosion occur between the media in each tank, they can be recycled together. If the storage medium in each tank is the same, there’s even less of a problem.
Before entering the main pipe, it should be isolated using a flame arrester
Different media within the tank area cannot be connected; once outside the tank area, and after installing safety devices such as boundary valves, check valves, and flame arrestors on the pipelines, they can be combined into the main pipeline. After being combined, this pipeline can be designated as waste gas. As long as air leakage from the storage tank is prevented, low-pressure storage tanks also have a designed pressure
We install flame arresters and stop valves in front of each gas pipeline manifold. The Environmental Protection Agency issued regulations requiring oil and gas recovery, while the Work Safety Supervision Bureau ordered that the vapor lines of storage tanks not be connected, forcing us to come up with the strategy mentioned above.
The library we developed places the oil and gas recovery units in the vehicle loading area.
It can be connected; it’s just that connection is possible only after approval by the relevant party.
