I have a question: I wonder if anyone has used α-**ethylene; what do you do when it stops working?
We are using it; we’ve used one batch and the results are excellent
α-**Ethylene has an irritating odor; if it is added to the polymerization reactor, won’t the material in that reactor get contaminated?
After adding α-**ethylene, it was directly discharged into the accident tank; the waste shouldn’t be contaminated, right?
Well, if the waste doesn’t matter, what about if the emergency termination agent has expired? How should that be handled? If it is added to the polymerization reactor, it will definitely contaminate the material.
If it has expired and become ineffective, the explosion-proof membrane will definitely break; prepare to evacuate the factory building. Emergency terminators that remain unused by the time it is time are directly recovered and disposed of; they cannot be added to the polymerization reactor. The slurry to which an emergency terminator has been added will certainly not produce top-quality products; it’s even questionable whether it can yield qualified products.
I’m not sure how they handle recycling there. The recycling solution we propose is to use specialized recycling agencies for incineration, but aside from cost issues, it’s difficult to find such agencies in the first place
Is no one paying attention? How is it handled domestically for expired emergency terminators these days?
For expired emergency terminators, the proper approach is to seek help from professional companies.
Another consideration is to improve the type of emergency termination and replace it with another type. Even with an emergency terminator added, there is no need to drain the sewer.
Emissions pollute the environment, and usually the manufacturers take them back. (Agree on it when discussing the contract)
