We have now changed the method of igniting the boiling furnace from using an oil gun to inject fuel; this old method was not only unsafe but also caused pollution. We now use cottonseed hulls for ignition, which is safe and pollution-free, with a fast ignition time (about 1 hour)
The cost of lighting it up now is also very low, not exceeding 2,000 yuan
27 square meters, pyrite (pyrite concentrate with a particle size of over 200 mesh, carbonaceous pyrite with particles of 3 millimeters in size, and ordinary pyrite)
For the area of boiling furnaces, some cottonseed hulls are usually sufficient
First, lay a layer of fixed bed about 400 millimeters thick to facilitate cold boiling; then cover it with cottonseed hulls. Once it is laid down, start lighting the fire, and adjust the bottom airflow according to the rise in temperature.

No side effects, safe and environmentally friendly. With my 27-square-meter stove, one ton of cottonseed can be used to start the fire 3-4 times.
How much is a meal of cottonseed? We burn zinc concentrate – can we use this to start the fire?
