Where necessary, temperature protection must be provided for the differential pressure transmitter to prevent freezing. Third, during design and installation, care should be taken to position the pressure tapping openings at the bottom of the oil tank as low as possible, in order to eliminate errors caused by temperature changes; temperature compensation should be employed if necessary. Fourth, when measuring steam or other high-temperature media, their temperature should not exceed the maximum temperature allowed for use of the transmitter; if the temperature is higher than this limit, a cooling device must be used ; Fifth, when measuring steam or other high-temperature media, heat dissipation tubes should be used to connect the transmitter to the pipeline, and the pressure in the pipeline should be transmitted to the transformer. When the medium being measured is water vapor, an appropriate amount of water must be filled in the heat dissipation tube to prevent overheated vapor from coming into direct contact with the differential pressure transmitter and damaging the sensor. It is advisable to use smart meters for both the primary and secondary instruments, as these allow for easy adjustment of the measurement range and enable temperature compensation and other functions.
