Regional leaders, for those who haven’t used it by 2015: the authority to award souvenirs to outstanding moderators and active members in their respective regions (usually 5 such awards are assigned per region based on popularity). Regional leaders who still haven’t used this authority should do so by the end of January. You can contact the cleaners to send them the list of winners; the shipping cost for each delivery is 10 yuan.
