The sinking, cracking, or deformation of the track foundation causes the crane to derail or overturn while in motion. 2. Due to the non-standard installation of the track limit plates, and the fact that some of these plates were too thin to serve as effective limits, the crane moved beyond the tracks and overturned. 3. Toppling due to the failure of the crane’s track clamps or anchoring devices. 4. Due to weather conditions, such as typhoons, tornadoes, and gusts that cause things to fall over. 5. Due to errors in the track spacing, deviation, off-tracking, track wear, or even overturning can occur during operation.
