ABAQUS simulation of material plastic strain

If I want to use Abaqus to simulate the plastic strain of materials, how can I apply both the plastic increment theory and the plastic deformation theory separately, in order to compare the results obtained using each theory? The key question is: should plastic increment theory and plastic deformation theory be incorporated?
