Once a fairly good design firm in the region, it has faced difficulties in making progress with reform and development as the market conditions have changed. During times of downturn in the industry, it suddenly announced a reduction of 1,000 yuan per month in salaries, which only added to the already meager incomes of its employees. To be honest, the five social insurances and housing fund contributions haven’t been reduced, nor has the hospital announced any layoffs, but there are already signs of indirect layoffs. I ask, who else besides me is a designer who earns less than 2,000 per month these days? :'(
