Questions regarding the material selection for the coils in the alkali tank

The equipment contains 30% alkali solution, and crystallization is to be avoided; therefore, a DN50 coiled tube has been designed inside to be heated with 10 bar of saturated steam. What material should be used for this coiled tube?
304 or 316L are both acceptable. Considering cost, 304 is more economical, but if greater alkali resistance is required, then 316L is the better choice
