Our factory needs to purchase two low-flow metering pumps for handling toluene. One pump should have a normal flow rate of 0.1–0.3 kg/h, with a maximum flow rate of 0.8 kg/h; the other pump should have a normal flow rate of 0.05–0.15 kg/h, with a maximum flow rate of 0.4 kg/h. The operation temperature should be at room temperature, the inlet pressure at atmospheric pressure, and the outlet pressure at 0.1 MPa. The motors must be explosion-proof. We’re not sure which brand offers better quality; could any experts recommend one? Thank you!
Zhejiang Ligao is good :):):)
The flow rate is too low; using a metering pump generally doesn’t yield accurate results
Milton Roy, Riwa, and German Brown Ruby are all good
For adding chemicals? For imports, Mitonro and Napton work well~~
I recommend Milton Roy; we have two of their metering pumps here, and the quality is excellent!
We have experience with explosion-proof metering pumps for low flow rates. Please note that Milton Roy models do not have such low flow rates at all.
Are there explosion-proof motors for such small pumps? Additionally, there is a model from Japanese company HAYASHI KAKOHKI with such a low flow rate, ranging from 2.5 ml/min to 25 ml/min
The Milton Roy electromagnetic pumps are available in models with a low flow rate; the minimum flow rate is 0.01–0.78 L/H, which meets the requirements
