Problem of inaccurate indication by the load cell

The belt feeder uses a weighing sensor; under normal operation it handles 60 tons of material. However, when the supply of material is interrupted, the weighing sensor still shows 60 tons. What could be the reason for this? Is it a quality issue with the weight sensor itself?
It’s broken,,, Replace it with a new one
Check whether the sensor is installed correctly
Check whether there is any interference causing the weighing display to freeze; turn off the power and then turn it on again to see how it performs. If the problem persists, examine the condition of the weighing sensor or the sensors in use (to check for any blockages).
Try re-verifying the zero position.
It seems to be stuck at this point; could it be a problem with the on-site sensor?
