The exhaust gas definitely cannot go through the condenser; if it gets clogged in the condenser, it doesn’t matter whether you install a pressure relief valve or not. Your pressure relief valve needs to have its own separate pressure release line, and it should be installed as close as possible to your pressure vessel. . .

A vent should be equipped with a separate vent membrane; it is recommended to use tees for other openings. The vent should be installed as a separate port on the tank. Why isn’t there such a port? Safety first

It’s a single pressure system without any shut-off valves in between; consider that the design pressure of the condenser’s shell side is similar to that of the equipment. Of course, if the original kettle was not manufactured with a port for a safety valve, it’s impossible to add a burst disc – there is no suitable spot where it can be installed – so you have to decide based on the actual conditions on site. The medium does not get clogged or scale-covered, and the flow rate at the outlet is sufficient; it doesn’t really matter where it is installed.
