Experts: Does anyone have the formula for Type 8 reactors with a capacity of 70 m3 to share for reference? Thank you in advance for this
It is the formula for producing Type 8 resin in a 70m3 polymerization reactor
I have the formula for model 7 with a capacity of 70 here; I’m also looking forward to getting the formula for model 8, but it’s not certain that anyone will be willing to provide it!
Currently, few PVC plants produce Type 8 resin, and there are only a handful of formulations available. If any of you happen to have such information, please share it so we can all use it as a reference for discussion. The production process using 70m3 reactors is no longer a secret either.
This falls under technical confidentiality; it is truly in the hands of a few people, and it’s likely impossible and also not advisable to disclose it here. Communicate privately at most.

The competition among companies these days is not based on these issues; moreover, if companies decide to produce Type 8 or other models, the additive manufacturers will also provide what’s needed.
