It mainly consists of the following components: head frame, drive unit, drive roller, tail frame, idler rollers, intermediate frame, rear redirection device, unloading device, cleaning device, tensioning device, belt storage device, etc. The conveyor belt is the carrying component of a belt conveyor; the materials on the belt move along with it. The materials can be unloaded at the ends or in the middle of the conveyor as needed. The conveyor belt is supported by rotating idlers, which results in low operating resistance. It can be installed along horizontal or inclined paths. A telescopic belt conveyor uses the conveyor belt as both the traction and carrying element, and it is a continuous transportation device that transports materials through the movement of the belt carrying those materials. The conveyor belts wind around the drive drum and the tail drum to form a continuous loop; the upper and lower conveyor belts are supported by idler rollers to prevent bending and sagging, while tensioning devices provide the necessary tension for the proper operation of the conveyor belts. During operation, the drive device drives the transmission drum, and the friction between the transmission drum and the conveyor belt propels the conveyor belt to move; the materials are placed on the conveyor belt and move along with it. Unloading is generally done at the ends; when a specialized unloading device is used, it can also be done in the middle. The main structural difference from the standard fixed type is the addition of a telescopic conveyor belt mechanism. The telescopic mechanism includes a tape storage unit, a tape winding unit, a tape releasing unit, and a tail movement device; the middle frame is designed for easy disassembly and assembly. The belt storage device consists of a set of fixed drums and a set of movable drums mounted on a moving trolley. The conveyor belt wraps around these two sets of drums. By using a tensioning winch, the distance between the two sets of drums can be increased, which results in more conveyor belt being stored within the device. This moves the rear part of the machine forward, thereby reducing the conveying distance of the conveyor; conversely, it increases the conveying distance. The tape reeling device is a piece of equipment used for removing and installing conveyor belts on telescopic conveyors; it can wind the removed conveyor belt into rolls, or install rolled conveyor belts into the belt storage unit ; This allows the conveyor length to be changed as needed. Scalable belt conveyors are also available in horizontal and inclined types; when used in conjunction with bridge transfer machines in the lower roadways of mining faces, they can accelerate the progress of those faces. They can also be employed in mining faces where tunneling machines are used.
