Selection of dampers for the inlet section of pressure gauges

May I ask under what circumstances is it necessary to add dampers at the inlet section of a pressure gauge?
Dampers need to be installed in places where pulsating media are present, or where there are large impacts and significant vibrations.
It mainly depends on whether there is pulsating flow in the medium under normal operating conditions; this usually applies to the outlet of metering pumps. Centrifugal pumps don’t require this, as the pressure at the shut-off point should not exceed 30%. Most fluids remain stable; it’s better to avoid using them if possible, as having an extra leak point is not desirable. . . @jiaguoyun
According to HG/T20507-2000, it is specified that when measuring pulsating pressure, a damper or buffer should be used. Check what the outlet pressure of the pump is, and determine what range the pressure gauge should have; if there is no buffer, the pressure gauge should have a larger range.
