The tensile strength of the pipes exceeds the specified limit; can this batch of material be used?

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding materials that I’d like to ask. Our company purchased a batch of 20# seamless steel pipes with a diameter of DN100. When we conducted retesting of the material properties, we found that the element contents were within acceptable limits, the yield strength was satisfactory, and the elongation after fracture was also within standard ranges. However, the tensile strength was 90 MPa higher than the specified standard. I would like to know what the consequences of such an elevated tensile strength are Can this batch of materials be used? What does that mean? Has the tube not broken yet, given the force calculated by theory? If so, you should have made some money and can use it.
Over 90MPA! It’s a bit large, isn’t the wall thickness out of spec? The material and thickness are as you said; it can be used. It can only be said that — there aren’t many products with such excessive quality; too much of it isn’t good either!
It’s not clear what is being said – whether it’s above the standard of 90 MPa, with the standard itself being 90 MPa, or indeed above that standard. Also, it’s not clear whether this level is below the required threshold or above it
