As the title suggests, our company needs to construct a steel storage tank under atmospheric pressure, with a weight of around 25 tons. The tank will not be removed from its current foundation; instead, it will be built on an empty area nearby first and then lifted into place once it’s ready. So here’s the question: I need to lay a cement (concrete) floor in an open area, with dimensions of approximately 1200X1200X150. Are there any particular requirements regarding this floor? I’m not in the construction industry, so I don’t know much about it. I’d appreciate some guidance; it would be great if there were relevant standards I could refer to!
It should be a reinforced concrete cap; specifically, is this cap temporary or permanent?

Calculate all the force loads on the upper part plus the self-weight, then determine the base stress to check whether the foundation can bear the load.
It seems you mean to make use of existing equipment by applying it to new devices, building on the existing infrastructure. Two methods: One is to, after leveling and compacting the site, lay a layer of crushed stone 100 thick on site, and then pour 100 thick of C20 concrete ; Second, after the site is leveled and compacted, steel plates are laid in place. Construct an atmospheric storage tank on the steel plate. The second method is recommended.
