Recently, a client asked for information on the company’s engineering management diagrams; it’s a chemical manufacturing company. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It should be a workflow diagram related to project management on the client’s side, aimed at establishing coordination procedures during the project construction phase; for example, procurement approval, technology selection, project submission for approval, HSE matters, and so on, along with the respective departments responsible for each of these tasks on the client’s side.
