To measure the liquid level in the slurry tank containing easily precipitating activated carbon, the length of the short flange tube at the liquid level sampling port of the tank is 80 mm. What should be the appropriate insertion depth for the level gauge? Thank you!
Are you sure it’s 80CM? ? ? The common sizes are 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm. If you’re sure it’s 80cm – note that this is in centimeters – then it will need to be customized, and the price will be extremely high! ! ! If it is 80mm, select 100mm for the insertion depth:lol
The diaphragm should be in easy contact with the flowing area, to prevent blockages at the pressure sensing location caused by the settlement of activated carbon.

The insertion depth of the level gauge should not be greater than the distance from the flange to the inner wall of the tank; it is best if the diaphragm of the level gauge is at the same level as the inner wall. Does the length of the short pipe you mentioned include the thickness of the pool wall? If that’s included, 100mm will suffice; otherwise, around 150mm is needed.
