The flow reading on the Rosemount electromagnetic flowmeter is zero – what should I do?

The coil (the entire flange) has been replaced, and the gauge head (the transmission part) is new. Previously, the flow rate was intermittent; following the advice of the manufacturer’s service engineer, a 2K resistor was connected in parallel at the coil’s detection terminal (electrode output), and this solution worked for a few days, but now the flow rate is again zero. According to my supervisor, even the engineers from that manufacturer are at a loss. Everyone**, if anyone has a solution, please let me know; I would be very grateful!
Replacing it with a new one doesn’t seem to cost that much either
It was sent to the wrong place; ask the instrumentation section – could there be an issue with the selection of the instruments or have the medium parameters changed? It is recommended to select the model based on the medium parameters again.
