It should be the water injection line at the bottom of the tank. Numerous accidents have shown that the sealing points such as flanges and valves at the bottom of spherical tanks are most prone to leakage. After adding a water injection line to the spherical tank, in the event of a leak at the bottom, water can be injected into the tank through this line. Since the density of water is much greater than that of liquefied petroleum gas, water settles at the bottom of the tank; as a result, the material that leaks from the leak site is water rather than liquefied petroleum gas, which facilitates and ensures safety in dealing with the leak.
The water supply line uses industrial water, while fire-fighting water is separate and must not be used for other purposes; perhaps the original poster made a mistake
