The medium contains salts and acids; gas phase pressure is measured, and the material is resistant to corrosion under pressure. However, neither the pressure transfer pipes nor the blind flanges are resistant to corrosion. I’m asking for any good solutions everyone might have
A flanged pressure transducer is used, which does not come into direct contact with the medium.
To enable on-site reading, it’s not possible to make holes in the tank; instead, a pressure transfer pipe is used to lead from the top of the tank to its bottom. What about the blind flanges and pressure transfer pipes due to the corrosion caused by hydrochloric acid evaporation?
I really don’t understand; since you’re inserting a tube, why not use a PTFE tube instead?
I didn’t explain it clearly enough: use the flange hole for pouring, add a blind plate, and make a small hole in that blind plate to weld the pressure guide tube to
Oh, for this issue, you can use a single-flange level gauge with a diaphragm lined with PTFE, or opt for a diaphragm made of tantalum. If you insist on using a threaded pressure transmitter, then considering pressure considerations, it’s also fine to use one made of PTFE
The voltage transformer determines that it cannot be replaced; are there any corrosion-resistant pressure transfer tubes available?
Yes, just have it made specially. You can simply tell them how much pressure is involved; once it’s designed and machined, that’s it
What type of pressure transducer is it? Taking EJA as an example, is it the 110 model or the 510 model?
Make a flange adapter for the filling port, compress the loose flange, connect it using a stainless steel-lined PTFE hose; then create another PTFE adapter on the transmitter side – that’s all. If needed, I’ll have my company provide a quote
