For the liquid ammonia delivered by tank trucks, should the design temperature of the pipelines at the liquid ammonia station be set at 50 degrees or -33 degrees?

According to pressure pipeline standards, it is 50 degrees, as the pipeline can reach this temperature when exposed directly to the sun. The specifications also state that the design pressure should be selected based on the saturated vapor pressure corresponding to the highest temperature.
Designed for low temperatures, the liquid ammonia pipelines are insulated during operation; after loading or unloading liquid ammonia, the pipelines are also purged
I don’t quite understand why the 4th floor needs to be designed for low temperatures; in fact, the liquid ammonia pipelines are under pressure during operation, and their normal operating temperature should be at room temperature
The design temperature should be related to the pressure of liquid ammonia; the most severe temperature corresponds to that pressure. I think the design temperature should be set at 50 degrees, as at -33 degrees the liquid ammonia is at normal pressure at night, but it is not likely to remain at normal pressure during unloading. Therefore, the design temperature for the pipelines should be set at 50 degrees

It is because the operating temperature is below minus 20 degrees Celsius, which requires different materials for the pipes
What I mean is that in such a situation, temperatures below zero are impossible, so it can be assumed to be at normal temperature.
