Our company’s thermal pipelines were originally supposed to be designed and calculated by a design institute for review, but the institute asked for a high fee. So the boss decided that we should handle it ourselves. One department head took on this task, and I was asked to assist; in the end, it was I who did the actual work. I selected and calculated the parameters for 6 spring hangers. With the company’s operations suspended this time, I want to know how to inspect spring supports after they have been in use for a while and then stopped working Recently, there have been frequent accidents at chemical plants, which is a bit scary; we don’t have the qualifications to carry out design work
This requires calculation, especially since the expansion and contraction under hot and cold conditions must meet actual standards; therefore, it is best not to attempt to do this on your own. It is preferable to have a reputable design firm carry out the design before making a selection.
