Underground space

A space measuring 2m×2m and about 3m deep has been dug out underground in a Class C warehouse; a wood chip screening machine is placed above this space. How can this be implemented from an engineering perspective? How should it be designed?

I’m sorry, I didn’t express myself clearly. It involves digging a square underground space with sides of 2 meters and a depth of 3 meters beneath the wood chip screening machine. How should this space be designed? For example, using a few columns for support – does every surface of the space need to be secured, or something like that?
