How to clean the residue of glue in the electrolyzer frame more quickly

Currently, our factory spends a great deal of manpower and resources on cleaning the electrolyzer frames. Is there a faster and simpler way to do this? We hope that those with experience can share their insights.
By using a angle grinder with a polishing disc, the tape on the cathode seal surface can be removed. However, the anode sealing surface cannot be used in this way.
The glue on the groove frame does not need to be removed; through ten years of practice, I have not encountered any leakage issues.
The glue is soft, and it’s very difficult to remove using various solvents – it’s also a time-consuming process. What I did was remove the old gasket, wash it with cyclohexane, and then apply the glue directly; no leaks have occurred since then
Mechanical cleaning is not recommended, as improper handling can easily cause damage to the sealing surfaces and pole grids. We usually use steel wool plus acetone for cleaning, and it works quite well.
