I’m thinking of creating a display section in the production workshop to show product defects – basically taking photos of the defective products and noting the reasons for those defects. Are there any templates available for this purpose? Or do anyone have any suggestions?
Well, as long as you keep it consistent yourself, that’s fine, right? First, create an electronic version to show it to the manager; if it’s approved, then move forward. Personally, for defective products, it is necessary to have standard products for comparison in order to see the issues clearly.
Based on the known defects, identify the most typical product defect images; place qualified products alongside them, and this can be used to create an image display board or a physical display board as well. It’s up to you
