What is the purpose of static grounding in chemical production? Is static grounding required in every place? Are there any relevant materials?:)

When the static electric potential reaches a certain level and conditions for discharge are met, and the energy of the resulting discharge spark exceeds the minimum ignition energy of that hazardous substance, an explosion or fire can occur.
