Is it possible to pour a foundation directly without damaging the cement floor (for a pump of moderate size)?

I’m very worried that the foundation won’t bond firmly with the concrete floor, especially when the pumps vibrate intensely.
Isn’t the pump too large? Maybe make a bracket and insert an expansion screw! ;P
A small pump will work; it’s best to secure it with expansion bolts as well
We use expansion bolts driven directly into the ground to secure the pump, and we have them on site. It’s unimaginable to pour a foundation directly without damaging the cement floor.
The pump is not large, so the vibration is minimal; standard expansion screws will suffice. It is not advisable to lay a foundation directly on the ground
I use channel steel or embedded iron and then pour concrete to harden it
Weld a bracket using channel steel, and fix it to the concrete floor with expansion bolts
Practicality is what matters most; our larger pumps all have frames made of channel steel, secured with expansion bolts
Many of the pump supports in our factory are made of channel steel
