Thermostatic valves generally have a relatively slow response time; is it usually necessary to use cascade control during actual operation? Have you had any similar experiences? I need some advice. . .
There is no need to introduce any additional cascade control; the temperature control valve itself operates on a temperature-flow cascade control principle. Temperature control is inherently lagging, and during startup, automatic mode is generally not activated right away – manual control is used for a while until the situation stabilizes somewhat before automatic mode is engaged. Here, the D value in the PID parameters may be used to eliminate lag.
Keep the valve position fixed while driving, relying on experience
Many cascade loops on the actual device were eventually removed. At the beginning of operation, when some operating conditions do not meet the specified requirements, automatic mode should not be activated.
The system is unstable while driving, with large fluctuations in parameters; the automatic control system needs to be switched to manual mode, and it can operate in automatic mode only once the system becomes stable.

In actual production, at the beginning of operation the conditions of various systems are unstable; therefore, cascade control is generally not necessary, and manual adjustment is used instead. Once the systems stabilize, cascade control is implemented to achieve automatic temperature control.
