Now that we are calculating the discharge volume under fire conditions, we find that there is a lot of water mixed in. The temperature of the water corresponding to the dew point of the discharge pressure is quite high; a large amount of water vapor is carried away with the flare gas. I wonder if there are any water coolers or other measures installed in the main acid gas flare lines at your plants to separate out this high-temperature water vapor. O(∩_∩)O Thank you
No water should be used, condensation must not occur; the entire system needs to be heated, and in some cases jacket heating is even required.
Did all this water vapor go into the burner head of the acidic gas flare? Can it still burn?

Under normal conditions, the acidic gases here are sent for desulfurization and recovery. However, abnormal situations such as fires must also be taken into account; the volume of such gases is considerable, and waste gas treatment methods can handle it
What are the scales of your acidic water stripping and amine solution regeneration processes? What is the volume of the gas tanks? Please reply, no comments needed
Acidic water stripping: 150 t/h for solvent regeneration; there are two units in total, giving a capacity of around 120 t/h. Gas holder capacity: 20,000 cubic meters per hour
