The exhaust gas (hydrogen sulfide) from the desulfurization system is absorbed by the alkaline solution system before being sent to the incinerator for burning; after circulating for a while, the alkaline solution begins to clog the equipment and pipes. Due to the low solubility of sodium sulfide at room temperature, and the fact that the pipes do not have steam heating, the pipes get clogged again shortly after they are cleared, and the problem has not been resolved to this day. Heating is planned to be added later. Does anyone have any methods for dealing with their devices? I want to hear it.
After the alkaline solution has been circulating for some time, it becomes supersaturated, and crystals such as sodium hydrosulfide form. Removing these crystals in a timely manner or increasing the solubility are both solutions
