What is the solid content? How much is the traffic? Can I choose a pump without a seal, such as a diaphragm pump or something like that?
It is a neutralizing solution with high viscosity; the flow rate is approximately 13 m3/h. It has no solid content but tends to crystallize easily
With a mechanical diaphragm pump or plunger pump, cooling water shouldn’t be required, right?

You can consider flushing schemes for mechanical seal cooling, such as Plan53A, Plan54, and so on
Filler leakage is probably due to the material crystallizing in areas with low temperatures; without water for flushing, this causes wear on the filler. At this temperature and pressure, various fillers can meet the application requirements; in such cases, insulation is more effective than water flushing.

I think high-temperature and high-pressure plunger pumps should be able to meet such requirements
