Relationship between turbine extraction and intake air

I would like to ask the experts: originally, the turbine had an inlet pressure of 97 and an exhaust pressure of 41; later, due to process requirements, the exhaust pressure was adjusted to 36. Will the inlet pressure decrease accordingly? Can it remain unchanged, or should the air intake volume be increased? Thank you!
Check the pressure gauge on site; as long as it remains at a negative pressure, meeting the process requirements is sufficient
